Our next meeting in November 2018 is leading us to Heemstede (NL) where we as ISLE will give our Polish and German guests a closer look into finding and working with new technologies in the water and wastewater sector. Within a workshop we will have an insight into the topic “sewage overflow” including international regulations and innovative technologies for mitigation and reducing risks.

Following, you find detailed information and objectives on our International cooperation – better trainigs – INCOT project.

Project total budget: 24650€

Project realization time: 31/12/2017 – 30/12/2018

Actual environmental status creates many challenges for current and future generations. Individual countries are unable to meet the challenges on their own, so it is important to create a strong international partnership. In consequence, it is necessary to create new educational forms, based on international experiences, and to create a system of education recognized by different countries.

It is very important to promote the idea of lifelong learning, to use the information technology and the leading of education from the early stage of studies. Short-term traineeships will also play an important role as a form of learning for employees to learn new technologies. There is a need to support staff and introduce innovative learning methods, including non-formal, digital and cross-border education.

The INCOT project is about improving the vocational trainings of the water and wastewater sector in Europe, especially Poland, Germany and the Netherlands. The INCOT project is unique and innovative. Until now, similar activities in the water and wastewater sector have not been undertaken.

Objective of the project:

The main goal of the project is to create a strong partnership and increase the capacity of international partners to exchange and confront ideas, practices and methods.
