– Klara Ramm (Expert, Chamber of Commerce of “Polish Water”) – Talking about what the Chamber of Commerce is doing to help the Polish water utilies in addressing the people’s needs along with the influx of refugees from Ukraine.
– Dr. David Tyler (Associate Director and Waste & Wastewater specialist, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) – Talking about what the EBRD is doing to help the people of Ukraine and the increase in demand to the utilities in neighbouring countries.
– Dr. Nerina di Lorenzo (Managing Director, Melbourne Water) – The aim of Melbourne water is to be full net zero by 2030 and a 50% reduction in carbon emissions by 2025. The highlight of her talk was the part about opportunities to collaborate to fully understand the improvements in process they are employing to reduce Carbon Emissions.
– Darren Cleary (Managing Director, Hunter Water) – Hunter Water is completely based on the Coal Industry. The interesting highlight in his talk was the strong support of costumers for them to become carbon neutral.
– Joanne Murdoch (Managing Director, North East Water) – Sharing about a Hydrogen plant they are building in the West Wodonga site.
– Stuart Ledger (Managing Director, Anglian Water) – Sharing about the use of seagrass in capturing Carbon.
– Jim Herberg (Managing Director, Orange County Sanitation District) – Sharing their battery storage technology to address store power generated by Solar power.
– Alison Wedgwood (CEO and co-Founder, eWater Services) – Talking about how their prepayment systems for water works.
