Stephen holds a MEng in Chemical Engineering with a focus on environmental and biochemical engineering. During his undergraduate studies, he was part of a research team that developed mathematical models to predict the energy that could be recovered from municipal and organic industrial waste, partnering with companies like Quorn to maximize energy recovery from their waste streams. Stephen also interned at a plastics recycling startup prior to joining Isle, where he worked at a pilot plant to increase understanding of the process and further optimize the design of their commercial facility. Outside of work, Stephen enjoys team sports, video games and spending time with friends.
