Patrick has over eight years experience in resource recovery, innovation, and research in the wastewater sector. His expertise spans a range of topics including biosolids, nutrients, digestion, PFAS, and other wastewater-focused topics. At Isle, Patrick hopes to use his technical expertise to collaborate and increase the adoption of innovative technologies throughout the water industry.

Prior to joining Isle, Patrick was with the Water Environment Federation, providing technical leadership on projects and programs across the sector. He worked closely with thought leaders and developed and executed national programs, convenings, and grant work. His passion lies in helping to advance resource recovery and the circular water economy.

Patrick received a PhD and BS in Biological Engineering from the University of Florida. He also completed a postdoctoral position with the US Department of Agriculture’s Agricultural Research Service (ARS) which culminated in a patent for a nutrient recovery technology.
