As Head of Industry – Europe, Panos is responsible for advancing Isle’s industrial services across Northern Europe, supporting clients in achieving their water sustainability and strategic water management goals. With over a decade of expertise in industrial wastewater treatment and water technology services, Panos offers a deep understanding of industries’ challenges in optimizing water resources and achieving sustainability targets.

Before joining Isle, Panos held leadership roles at Paques, where he successfully managed partner networks, developed sales strategies, and delivered complex projects across diverse industrial sectors. His ability to navigate the technical, operational, and commercial dimensions of projects has been key to driving impactful solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.

Panos holds an MSc in Environmental Sciences from Wageningen University, where his passion for innovation and sustainability was first sparked. Known for his strategic mindset and collaborative approach, Panos builds strong relationships with his clients to develop tailored solutions that advance sustainability and support long-term success.
