Marlene is based in Sydney and has a strong background in delivering practical and innovative solutions for the water sector. Over the last two decades she has worked for water utilities and consultancies in the UK and Australia, leading multi-disciplinary and diverse teams to successfully deliver solutions locally as well as in the Middle  East, and Asia-Pacific.

She enjoys supporting clients through all stages of the project lifecycle process from ideation to project completion, monitoring, and review. Her more recent experience in research has strengthened her existing ability to bring health and environmental regulators into the solution design process with utilities, private enterprises, and universities.
