Kim has her diploma in Marketing and Communications. After finishing at the University of Utrecht with a Bachelor diploma in Cultural and Social Education she started working in sales for a fitness club in Utrecht. After a while, knowing all the ins- and outs of the company, especially the planning and scheduling of staff and the member administration, she became a front office specialist. She has a passion for customer service, organising, motivating and arranging all sorts of events. Since working for Isle she has mastered the skills of financial administration, HR, and TAG event management, among other things.
