Dimitra holds a master’s degree from the Environmental Technology Department of Wageningen University in The Netherlands. She is a passionate professional with more than 9 years of experience in delivering sustainable wastewater treatment solutions for various
Light & Heavy industries.

Dimitra performed under challenging commercial/technical roles such as process engineer, sales engineer, and global product manager role with most of the years in a technology integrator company Nijhuis Saur Industries. Thus, she gained valuable first-hand experience on CAPEX/OPEX calculation of complex industrial projects in which a complete wastewater treatment plant had to be designed or optimised and delivered as per client requirements. Strong knowledge of various treatment steps as pre/ bio / tertiary treatment with a focus on reducing, reusing, and recycling water on the spot. Further, the development of different product strategies, competition analysis and business cases contribute to an excellent understanding of the current water market trends.
