André Nascimento has a bachelor’s degree in chemistry with Technological Attributes at the University of São Paulo (USP) and has a MBA degree in Industrial Management from Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV). During graduation has already been involved in environmental processes related to effluent treatment and, after a short period working in powder coatings industry in the beginning of his career, has worked for over 13 years in a private sanitation company, developing technical and management activities related to water, wastewater, and sludge treatment.

In addition, he has been dedicated in accomplishing solutions for projects in water losses control, energy efficiency and network maintenance services. André has also actively participated in environmental projects, quality assurance systems certifications, innovation initiatives and new technologies evaluation and possible applications considering operational reality for systems with different scales and development stages in Brazil.

In the past two years, André has worked as an independent consultant focused on projects related to operational plans and proposals development, KPIs management and technologies and projects analysis in sanitation sector.

Andre joined Isle Utilities in February 2024 as a Senior Consultant.
