Lara is a leader in corporate sustainability with a decade of experience developing and executing impactful sustainability strategies for organisations across diverse sectors. She combines a foundation in environmental engineering with strategic vision to support clients throughout their sustainability and innovation journeys, leveraging skills in coalition-building, stakeholder engagement and programme management. Deeply passionate about a sustainable water future, Lara helps clients shape the strategies and innovations that will get us there.

Prior to joining Isle, Lara built and led the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programme for a water utility in the United States. Lara also has several years of experience as a consultant guiding organisations across a variety of sectors—including utilities, technology, industry, and manufacturing—on the full lifecycle of sustainability integration, from initial strategy, programme development, and governance design to comprehensive reporting and disclosure. Her technical background also includes hands-on experience helping clients navigate complex environmental challenges, including developing nature-based solutions for water and wastewater treatment, designing and implementing soil and groundwater remediation projects, and managing industrial stormwater compliance programmes.
