As the Market Leader for Industry in the Asia-Pacific region, Karen is responsible for developing and delivering an innovative and sustainable approach to managing water and wastewater for our industrial and mining clients, with a focus on resource recovery and the circular economy.

Karen is an Environmental Engineer with more than 20 years of experience and expertise in the full innovation cycle, from strategy development, building roadmaps, sourcing and technically assessing solutions, and project portfolio management, to implementation strategies. Before joining Isle, Karen worked in various research, industry and consulting roles in the UK focused on solution development, treatment optimisation and industry collaboration.

MEng (Hons) Environmental Engineering and Resource Management
