Cristina is a consultancy executive with deep expertise in emerging technologies, strategy, and change management within the water sector. Throughout her career, she has collaborated with a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders—including utilities, technologists, contractors, and industry associations—to drive innovation and accelerate change. As President and Managing Director of Isle Inc., Cristina leads efforts to help progressive water utilities identify and implement cutting-edge solutions that enhance their operations. She also directs the Water and Wastewater Forums, fostering leadership development and peer-to-peer connections among C-level executives.

Her achievements include recognition as an Influential Leader in 2023 and being named a top water professional under 40 by Water and Wastewater Digest in 2016 and 2018. Outside of work, Cristina enjoys backcountry camping and trekking among alpine landscapes.

Education

Cristina holds a Master’s in Environmental Law (summa cum laude) from Vermont Law School and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from California State University.
