César is a sanitary engineer with over ten years of experience in the water technology sector. As a Senior Technology Consultant at Isle Utilities, he  is responsible for delivering innovative solutions in water for industry projects. He supports internal teams in providing high-quality advice on wastewater reclamation, water stewardship, and cleaner production for manufacturing sites.

Before joining Isle, César held a process engineering role at Arcadis Nederland, where he contributed to several high-profile consultancy and  engineering projects for both industrial and municipal clients worldwide. His achievements include designing large-scale wastewater treatment plants and developing comprehensive water stewardship programs for global clients. César also gained significant experience in solid waste management during his time as operations manager for The Ocean Cleanup’s river projects in the Caribbean and Asia. He also managed water projects for Audi and Volkswagen in Mexico.

In parallel, César co-founded CPlantae, a social sanitary engineering firm specializing in natural wastewater treatment technologies. The firm has been recognized internationally for delivering hundreds of installations in remote and coastal areas of Mexico.
