Enhancing Abu Dhabi’s Water Efficiency Through A Demand Side Management Review
Abu Dhabi is navigating the challenge of future climate realities today, with water scarcity at the forefront. This situation underscores the pressing urgency for smarter and more sustainable water use and the need to do more with less.
Our client wanted to embrace innovation to optimize and manage its most precious resource. Isle embarked on a mission to help improve their approach to water efficiency. The aim was to help our client secure a sustainable future, ensuring it thrives in the face of a changing climate and reduced water availability.
We conducted a Demand Side Management (DSM) review, beginning with a deep dive into the current landscape. We undertook a comprehensive current state assessment, thorough gap analysis and future state assessment. Together, these enabled us to strategically advise on and develop our client’s energy and water efficiency strategy.
Our analysis of our client’s water use and re-use programme highlighted key areas for enhancement. We recommended targeted strategies within the DSM portfolio and provided a strategic framework for our client to follow. This work will help pave the way for a resilient, efficient future for our client’s – and Abu Dhabi’s – approach to water use.
