Ethan brings a unique, dual-focused background in municipal water governance and technology infrastructure, supported by over 10 years of experience and his roles on the San Antonio Water System (SAWS) Community Experience and Dispute Resolution Committees for the San Antonio Water System (SAWS), giving him an insider’s perspective on utility procurement and operational pain points.

Within the tech sector, Ethan has a proven track record in IT solutions management, overseeing municipal infrastructure projects and complex vendor ecosystems. Combining his expertise in external affairs with a passion for mission-driven impact, Ethan is dedicated to helping utilities de-risk pilot programs, optimize their systems, and confidently adopt the next generation of water technologies. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word, where he was also a member of the football team.
