The Water Institute of Southern Africa (Water Institute of Southern Africa NPC) brings together experts from a wide range of disciplines to meet, discuss, plan for and present solutions for a sustainable water future in the region. WISA’s Biennial Conference and Exhibition theme and its sub-themes will encompass the sector as a whole and will consider the broader impacts of water on society and the environment.
Water is everyone’s business, hence everyone should be involved in ensuring we have water security. WISA conferences provide a platform to discuss problems and solutions facing the water and related sectors. It is time to create mechanisms and collaborations, to ensure an enabling environment to set us on a path of implementation and impact. This is more important now than ever with issues of climate change, weather variability, demand growth, infrastructure needs, etc.
