Daniel is a chemist with more than 8 years of experience in manure treatment and project management. He earned his PhD in phosphorus recovery from manure, after working on industrial wastewater and its treatment.
Daniel is enthusiastic about technologies for water treatment and saving, as for him, water is becoming THE resource of the 21st century. He worked as a group leader at the Fraunhofer Association before taking over the German Phosphorus-Platform as Managing Director in 2015. Daniel’s passion is to work with known and new partners from the industry to find ways to treat water more sustainably in all its aspects.
