Introducing New US Team Members
Tuesday, 12 February 2019
After a successful year of growing our US TAG program and broadening our technology evaluation capabilities for water utilities, we’re thrilled to welcome Julius “Ciacc” Ciaccia and Tammy Stone, who bring a wealth of industry experience and technical capability to the Isle team.
It’s an exciting time at Isle—we’ve retained 100% participation of our TAG members for over an 18-month period and have developed a strong track record in supporting utility clients to independently evaluate technologies and best practices. As a seasoned water utility leader, Ciacc is going to provide the strategic input required to ensure we’re on the right track and remain client focused. As a professional engineer, Tammy will ensure our clients are supported, whether evaluating solutions for long-term planning or to address short-term needs.
If you’re interested in learning more about Isle and/or submitting your resume for future openings, please contact email@example.com.

Consultant (Denver, Colorado)
As a Consultant at Isle, Tammy will be supporting the development and delivery of our consulting capabilities and TAG program, with a focus on the eastern US. Tammy is a licensed Professional Engineer specialized in Environmental Engineering. Before joining Isle, she gained a breadth of experience in both the public and private sectors and worked with a variety of clients. As a consulting engineer and project manager at Brown and Caldwell, she focused on strategic capital planning, watershed management, and water quality regulations. As the operations manager for an industrial water filter manufacturer, she focused on project delivery, customer relations, and organizational efficiency. One of her distinguished accomplishments has been the establishment of Clara Vista, a 501(c)3 nonprofit she founded in 2013 to empower leaders in rural Costa Rican communities with the tools and confidence to be agents of change.
